I like to use a comal but any skillet will do. What makes this good:
- Dijon Mustard
- Sweet Relish
- Fresh tomato slices
- 1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- Burger Patty – beef or Impossible Burger etc
- 2 slices Toast
- Sprinkle of cayenne pepper on burger patty
